Extra-Curricular Reading…

In an effort to bring the millions* of readers of Divinesatisfaction.com the best insight possible, here are a few posts I have recently found helpful, insightful and/or interesting:

* “Millions” might have been slightly exagerated

Meditation Moment: Right Hand/Left Hand – Written by an accomplished Pastor and writer from Cortland, New York. Any similarities between our last names are purely relative.

RC Sproul Interviews Ben Stein – This popped up on the “Science” section of wordpress today. I’ll be interested in the documentary when it comes out.

Spurgeon Answers Dawkins – From the comingstobrazil.com blog. An excellent post “answering” Dawkins’ arguements before Dawkins even thought of them.

Paul and Culture – From the Pyromaniacs blog, here’s an introductory paragraph to whet the appetite…then prepare for a lot of reading:

What might Paul have thought of the missional fads of post-evangelicalism? Lots of people will argue that Paul is the very model of a postmodern ministry strategist, and that Acts 17 is the classic narrative passage where we see his genius for cultural assimilation in all its perfect splendor.

Really? Let’s see how that chapter actually unfolds.
